    Barcode Scanning Warehouse

Paper pick lists are how the wrong SKU ships. Every movement in our building is confirmed by scan, and every unit that arrives without a readable barcode gets one before it hits the rack.

Scan at receive, put-away, pick & pack
    Barcode labeling and relabeling in-house
GS1-128, UPC, FNSKU, and SSCC support
Lot, serial, and expiration capture by scan

Scan Events Are the Audit Trail

When a customer claims they received the wrong item, the difference between a credible answer and an apology is scan history. Each scan writes a timestamped record of what was touched, where, and by whom, so mispicks can be traced instead of guessed at — and root-caused so they stop repeating.

Many clients also pair this with Pallet Storage Los Angeles, Extensiv WMS 3PL, and Lot Tracking Warehouse.

    Receiving Scans

Inbound cartons scanned and counted against the ASN, with discrepancies flagged before product is put away.

    Directed Put-Away

Scanners direct the operator to a specific rack position and confirm the location before releasing the pallet.

    Scan-Verified Picking

Pickers scan the SKU and the location, so a look-alike item in the next bay cannot be picked by mistake.

    Pack Verification

Final scan at pack confirms contents against the order before the carton is sealed and labeled.

    Barcode Labeling

UPC, FNSKU, GS1-128, and SSCC labels printed and applied in-house for items arriving unlabeled or mislabeled.

    Lot & Serial Capture

Lot codes, serial numbers, and expiration dates captured at scan for traceability and FIFO/FEFO enforcement.
